Psychotherapy
I specialize in working with children, teens, and young adults through individual and family interventions. Drawing from empirically supported approaches, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and family systems framework, I tailor treatment to align with each person’s goals and strengths. My work is grounded in warmth, curiosity, and respect for the uniqueness of every individual and family I meet.

Psychological Evaluation
I provide comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological evaluations for individuals ages 4–29. Common diagnostic questions include ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, learning disorders, executive function challenges, anxiety, mood, and trauma-related concerns. Each evaluation integrates cognitive, academic, emotional, and behavioral data to clarify diagnoses and guide individualized recommendations for treatment. The evaluation process includes an intake interview (1-2 hours), test administration (5-8 hours), scoring, interpretation, and a feedback session (1 hour) to discuss findings and personalized, actionable recommendations. You will receive a detailed written report summarizing results, clinical impression and diagnoses (if any), and treatment recommendations that may include educational supports, therapeutic interventions, accommodations, and/or other follow-up steps.
